❄️Non-spoiler review!❄️ My Rating: B +

For those who are just entering the rather large world of kdramas, My Secret Romance is the perfect one to start with

This is the drama I first watched and I think for those who are just entering the rather large world of kdramas, My Secret Romance is the perfect one to start with!! I really really enjoyed this one, both of our main characters had such an amazing chemestry which is key for me speacially if we're talking about a more romance focused drama. It made me laugh, it made me cry and it made me scream out of frustration!! The only thing that I didn't like (to get it out of the way and start talking about all the goods) was the fact that our couple behaved like children most of the time and the majority of the problems would have been solved more quickly if they just TALKED! Their comunication problems were really frustrating to me and I just wanted to shake them from time to time and yell at them "JUST TALK!!" But besides that...

Chemistry

As I said I loved the chemistry our protagonist shared, the romance was so sweet and sexy! They way this drama starts it's very unique and definetly I didn't expect that from a Korean drama, they could try and deny their feelings all they wanted but it was so obvious that they cared so much for each other and beside the shame or angryness for being dumped they couldn't deny their hearts that they just wanted to be together!I Don't know what it is about all the "we can't be together but I can't live without you" that I just loooove, it makes you more desperate to just see them together and be happy

Character Development

I also really enjoyed the character development, Cha Jin Wook and Lee Yoo Mi grow so much, they're almost a totally different person at the end of this story, who can resist a damaged (very handsome) man in need for love? I couldn't! Specially when father insticts kick out and it just makes you fall in love with him even more (wasn't the little kid the cutest ever!?)

Friendships

The friendships here were also amazing, the kitchen crew was so funny! And even though they had a rough start with Lee Yoo M

i it was nice to see the friendship bloom and how at the end they really cared for one another, speaking of which, Lee Yoo Mi's best friend Jung Hyun Tae is the friend we all deserve, no matter what he was there for her and I really wanted him to have a happy

ending and find someone who deserved him because he was invaluable (watching our CEO being jealous of this friend was priceless)

Secretary

I don't know what it is about secretaries in kdrama but I still haven't found one that I disliked! Jang Woo Jin, our CEO's secretary was so much fun to wacth! I loved his sense of fashion and his genuine care for his boss, he was awesome

The only 3 characthers that really annoyed me were, Lee Yoon Mi's mother and Cha Jin Wook's father and school friend, man what a group of frustrating people!

~Overall I really enjoyed this drama, it was so much fun and heart melting and if you're looking for something cute and sexy (to korean standars) to watch this one is definetly for you!
